What Should I Expect During The Initial Call? During this call we will discuss your goals and concerns. We will also take a deep dive into your health history and you will be able to share your journey which will allow us to determine how I can best support you for our journey together. Together we will create a personalized plan with actionable steps to help get you started. Remember, this takes teamwork!

How Many Sessions Will I Need? As many as you need, you can expect ongoing support throughout your journey! We will have follow-up sessions where we will continue to work together and discuss successes and challenges to help get you closer to your goals and to ensure your plan is sustainable as possible, honoring your relationship with food and your body.

My Goals for You: My priority is to support you while we are uncovering and working through any root causes and triggers while also learning and building habits that foster a positive relationship with food and your body. This takes time, but each step and each session brings you closer to your overall goal(s) that last a lifetime. You will gain knowledge and confidence throughout our time together. You can finally live your life without the "food noise" or having to "start over again".
